1.⁠ ⁠Terms & Conditions of Sale

By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
    •    All prices include VAT where applicable.
    •    Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
    •    For pre-orders, items will be shipped once stock is available (normally at the beginning of the month).
    •    We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of error, lack of stock, or suspected fraudulent activity.
    •    Bimbi Magical Events is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

2.⁠ ⁠Shipping & Delivery Policy
    •    We ship to Spain, Balearic Islands, and EU countries.
    •    Estimated delivery: 3–7 working days within Spain, 7–14 working days for EU.
    •    Customers are notified once their order has been dispatched.
    •    Local pick-up available by prior arrangement.

3.⁠ ⁠Returns & Exchanges Policy
    •    Customers have 14 days to return items in accordance with EU consumer law.
    •    Cosmetics cannot be returned if opened or used, due to hygiene reasons.
    •    Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.
    •    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.
    •    Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving the return.

4.⁠ ⁠Payment Policy

We accept Bizum, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and local pick-up payments (by prior arrangement). Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. For bank transfers, processing may take 1–2 working days.

We collect personal data (name, address, phone, email, payment details) only for order processing, customer service, and invoicing.
    •    Data is shared only with payment processors and shipping companies.

    •    Superstar Aqua Face and Bodypaint complies with European Cosmetic Regulation (1223/2009/EC).
    •    Suitable for children and adults.
    •    Do not apply to broken or irritated skin.
    •    Always perform a patch test before full application.
    •    Small cracks in cakes may appear due to temperature changes; this does not affect product quality.
    •    Colors may vary slightly depending on screen display.
