Terms of Use for our Events...
Order process
Bimbi Magical Events will communicate by email if we can provide you with a service and/or product for a children’s party or function. Within 48 hours of receiving your booking request, Bimbi Magical Events will provide a written quote.
If you would like to proceed with a quote from us, you will need to confirm your order and make a minimum 50% deposit of the total time of entertainment requested. Deposits are not refundable. They can be exchanged only depending on our availability.
Payment for the order can be made online either by the Bimbi Magical Events bank account, PayPal, bank Account or Bizum. You will receive an email confirming the order and an invoice after your event/function, and the full remaining balance payment will be required.
Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint about either our site or another entertainer, you can send a complaint to info@bimbimagicalevents.com. Bimbi Magical Events will use its reasonable endeavours to respond to your complaint within a reasonable time and take reasonable action that it deems appropriate to resolve or rectify the subject matter of such complaints.
Refund Policy
Suppose a workshop or event is cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances on our side that may affect your venue or entertainment. In that case, we will contact you to inform you as soon as possible about finding a solution or receiving a refund.
Suppose Bimbi Magical Events is cancelled or rescheduled, due to customers' circumstances or wanting to change their booking date. We will offer dates at any rescheduled event up to the face value of the original booking. Contact Bimbi Magical Events for more instructions on whether an event has been cancelled or rescheduled.
Suppose you have paid a 50% deposit for our bubble show, and due to strong winds or rain, we will cancel the show. We will offer an indoor bubble show as we are fully equipped for a spectacular bubble show with carpets, bubble screen or bubble magic table.
Deposits are not refundable. They can be exchanged only depending on our availability time.
Health & Safety Policy
Please be advised that we can’t paint anyone with conjunctivitis, cold sores, severe eczema, or dermatitis.
If children under 36 months wish to be face painted, they may have a simple design only. If they are distressed, we will stop face painting. Children under the age of 18 must have a parent or carer with them to grant permission before they paint.
Bimbi Magical Events, provider of children’s entertainment and workshops, cannot be held legally accountable for the care and safety of your children. All parents and caregivers must supervise their children and are legally responsible for their safety.

1. Terms & Conditions of Sale
By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
• All prices include VAT where applicable.
• Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
• For pre-orders, items will be shipped once stock is available (normally at the beginning of the month).
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of error, lack of stock, or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Bimbi Magical Events is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.
2. Shipping & Delivery Policy
• We ship to Spain, Balearic Islands, and EU countries.
• Estimated delivery: 3–7 working days within Spain, 7–14 working days for EU.
• Customers are notified once their order has been dispatched.
• Local pick-up available by prior arrangement.
3. Returns & Exchanges Policy
• Customers have 14 days to return items in accordance with EU consumer law.
• Cosmetics cannot be returned if opened or used, due to hygiene reasons.
• Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.
• Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving the return.
4. Payment Policy
We accept Bizum, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and local pick-up payments (by prior arrangement). Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. For bank transfers, processing may take 1–2 working days.
5. Privacy Policy (GDPR)
We collect personal data (name, address, phone, email, payment details) only for order processing, customer service, and invoicing.
• Data is shared only with payment processors and shipping companies.
• You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time.

7. Product Safety & Disclaimer
• Superstar Aqua Face and Bodypaint complies with European Cosmetic Regulation (1223/2009/EC).
• Suitable for children and adults.
• Do not apply to broken or irritated skin.
• Always perform a patch test before full application.
• Small cracks in cakes may appear due to temperature changes; this does not affect product quality.
• Colors may vary slightly depending on screen display.
Bimbi Magical Events is not responsible for misuse, allergic reactions, or improper application.

1. Condiciones de Compra
Al realizar un pedido en nuestra web, usted acepta las siguientes condiciones:
• Todos los precios incluyen IVA, cuando corresponda.
• El pedido se confirma una vez recibido el pago.
• En caso de pre-pedidos, los artículos se enviarán cuando haya stock disponible (normalmente a principios de mes).

• Bimbi Magical Events no se hace responsable de retrasos ocasionados por mensajerías externas o causas de fuerza mayor.
2. Política de Envíos
• Enviamos a toda España, Baleares y países de la Unión Europea.
• Plazo estimado: 3–7 días laborables en España, 7–14 días laborables en la UE.
• El cliente será notificado cuando su pedido sea enviado.
• Recogida local disponible con cita previa.
3. Política de Devoluciones
• El cliente dispone de 14 días para devolver artículos según la ley de consumo de la UE.
• Los productos cosméticos no se pueden devolver si han sido abiertos o usados, por razones de higiene.
• Los productos deben devolverse en su estado y embalaje original.
• Los gastos de envío de la devolución corren a cargo del cliente, salvo que el producto esté defectuoso o dañado.
• Los reembolsos se procesan en un plazo de 14 días tras recibir la devolución.
4. Política de Pago
Aceptamos Bizum, transferencia bancaria, tarjetas de crédito/débito y pagos en recogida local (previa cita). Los pedidos se procesan una vez confirmado el pago. En el caso de transferencias bancarias, la confirmación puede tardar 1–2 días laborables.
5. Política de Privacidad (RGPD)
Recopilamos datos personales (nombre, dirección, teléfono, email, datos de pago) únicamente para gestionar pedidos, atención al cliente y facturación.
• Los datos solo se comparten con proveedores de pago y empresas de mensajería.

• No aplicar sobre piel irritada o dañada.
• Realizar prueba de alergia antes de su uso completo.
• Pueden aparecer pequeñas grietas debido a cambios de temperatura, sin afectar a la calidad del producto.
• Los colores pueden variar ligeramente según la pantalla.
